She applies her wonderful creativity and deep experience to all of her artistic endeavors. She is a tremendously talented artist who transforms her deep love and appreciation of the tropics into evocative and gorgeous fabrics, custom-designed furniture, and other artwork. The Bone Appetit Seat is another of Talin's creative endeavors. While doting on her Shi Tzu (Button), she saw the need for a piece of unique furniture to allow Button to sit with her and her family at the dining room table. So, the Bone Appetit Seat was born. The seat is painted with one of her unique, proprietary patterns that cannot be created on any other piece of furniture. Her art can be vibrant with the deep, lush colors of the tropical flora which invite one into sense of serenity. Or, her work can be more impressionistic, requiring a more introspective approach to fully appreciate what she is communicating through her art. Talin's fabrics, furniture, and artwork can be found in exclusive, stately residences and luxury hotels all around the world, including Tuscany and China. As she makes her residence in South Florida, she is continually immersed in a tropical setting where inspiration comes to her often. However, Talin can find inspiration from almost anything in life. She has been creating and producing her wonderful designs for over two decades. Talin’s custom projects include fabrics, paintings, murals, and frescos in luxury homes and commercial properties all around the world. She provides exactly what her customers want. The daughter of deeply creative parents - her father a professional opera singer, her mother a decorator and renowned gardener - Talin was first educated in music at Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. Quickly finding her love of the visual arts, she shifted her educational focus and completed her artistic education in Athens and London. In her efforts to create the most inspiring art, Talin works by hand without stencils or projectors. This requires intense concentration and focus on the necessary details absolutely required by the luxury market where her work is most frequently found. For her custom work such as frescos and murals, Talin has no reservations about working on scaffolding or the machinery required to bring her talented hands to the surface at hand.
